Why no?
One of my best friends used to call me by that name! It’s just an abbreviation of my first name.
She once told me what she admires most about me is my ability to adapt. And she’s right. You will tell me!
Why lowercase?
Inspired by bell hooks, I choose to center the work — not the name. What matters most is the impact I bring to you.
I’m from Madagascar. I arrived in France at 20 — to a new climate, a new way of life, and a culture that wasn’t mine. I had to observe, absorb, and adapt fast (almost). I did it. I became a French citizen and proud to be!
Daughter of university professors, I’ve always been driven by curiosity and the belief that knowledge is power. That’s taken me through a pretty unconventional journey: Law, Performing Arts, Film, Visual Anthropology, Sociology, Web Development, and… Product.
I’ve studied and worked in many different spaces — always in support roles, always in service to others. That mindset led me to Agile, where servant leadership isn’t just a nice concept — it’s the foundation of strong teams and high quality products.
You could say my background is unstable. I say it’s free. Flexible. Full of range.
Let’s do the math (because my dad is a great math professor…):
Madagascar x Immigrant x France x Law x Film x Art x Sociology x Services x Tech x Agile x Retro Soul x Bohemian Life x Big Dreams
= what makes me me.
I trained at O’clock Tech School in Front-End JavaScript Development. And somewhere between the code, the team, and my first project as a Scrum Master — I realized what I really love: Shaping ideas, designing experiences, building the right product with the right people.
Speaking of the right people, I had the chance to connect with the co-founder of Sloworker. Our meeting gave me the confidence to keep moving forward on my freelance journey, at my own pace. It also motivated me to make a few meaningful changes.
That’s why I shifted to Product Building — including ownership and management.
Not just mapping out strategies, managing backlogs but guiding discovery, asking practical questions, aligning people, and making sure we’re solving the relevant issue for the intended users.
What I love most about Scrum (and product work in general) is shared ownership, self-managed teams, no fake authority — just real collaboration, transparency as a foundation and values like courage, focus, and respect.
The founder of Agile Socks helps me to show up every day with these values at the heart of my growth. I am focused on my Agile Product journey. I have the courage to seek that job or assignment, to try again, and to follow the connections that move me step by step toward my goal. I respect my background, my path, my time, and my schedule — just as I respect those of others. I’m committed to my purpose: to improve lives and build a useful, impactful product for women and underrepresented communities — now you know! Every single day, I strive to stay flexible, adapt to change. I’m open to new connections, mindsets, principles, and perspectives — as long as they keep me aligned with my purpose.
Scrum is a mindset.
Product thinking is a mindset.
I love/live both. And if we work together, you’ll feel it too.
A simple note: Like most people these days, I use AI throughout my process. It’s become a key tool in how I think, create, and stay ahead — now and into the future. It’s worth mentioning! (transparency, always).
Random fact. I love pastries! If you don’t see me in front of my computer, you’ll find me in a coffee shop enjoying waffles, sipping a coconut latte, and reading a book.
